On the topic of heritage craft practices and traditional media, I felt that book binding was an appropriate development process to extend and enhance my practical work and print making outcomes. With my intent to create a persuasive tool that promotes the value of cultural heritage, the book seems to serve effectively as an interactive and engaging device that capture the aesthetic value of traditional craft practices, incorporating the visual language of folk arts. Here I have practiced a potential construct and practiced layout and stitching.
